Roadmap

Where HERO MINUTES has been, and where it is going.

What is built, what is being tested, and what comes next. Months, not days, and an order of intent rather than a promise.

Who it is for

HERO MINUTES is a training app that adapts to how you feel. It is built for three kinds of athlete.

3

Keeps moving

You love to train and do not want a benched day, week or month. With some discomfort or a setback, you still want to keep moving.

How it supports you Good days you push. Rough days the session adapts instead of benching you, and it is always your choice to take it.

A daily check-in Starts from how you feel, so today’s session fits today.
A gentler session on a rough day A lighter version of the same session, so you keep your streak and your goal.
A short-time option and exercise swaps Train in the time you have, and swap a movement that is not working.
Zeeva and the Apple Watch Voice coaching through the set and your readiness on your wrist.
Coming: Widgets and Patterns Your number at a glance, and your own history shown over time.
2

Stops and falls back

A rough day becomes a few days off, then a few weeks, and your goals slip away.

How it supports you A smaller way to keep showing up instead of all or nothing, and a way back that does not start from zero.

A lighter session instead of none Something small to do on the days you would otherwise skip.
Welcome-back sessions After a break, the first sessions ease you in instead of starting over.
Kinder reminders after a lapse A nudge that asks how you are, not why you stopped.
Ranks that never go down Your progress is kept, so coming back is always from where you got to.
1

Pushes through

You push through discomfort, and you do not progress as far as you could.

How it supports you It notices, and it holds the line: clear stop signals, steps that open only when you are ready, and the pattern named in plain words.

A discomfort log with a stop At high levels it stops and points you to a professional, and cannot be talked past.
Five phases with clear criteria The next phase opens when your check-ins and sessions say you are ready, not before.
A pushing-through pattern card If you keep training through discomfort, it says so plainly.
Coming: Patterns Your own check-ins and training shown over time, so the pattern is easy to see.

Built

  1. September 2024HERO MINUTES launched

It began as a website written in plain HTML, for people coming back from an injury.

Training built around the injured area You keep training instead of stopping.
Strengthening the areas that compensate The parts that pick up the slack get stronger, so the work is shared.
A six-phase approach A clear order to follow, one phase building on the last, from September 2024 to August 2025.
Free for everyone The mission: anyone going through a physical injury should be able to get support, at no cost. Health is wealth.
    What testers said
Liked: it was free and made for injuries.
Wanted: something that remembers you and shows progress between visits.
Wanted: a plan that changes day to day.
Wanted: reassurance that the exercises suit their exact injury.
  2. January 2025Rebuilt with Lovable and Bolt

The website moved to AI app builders so it could change faster.

Still free for everyone The same mission, on a site that was quicker to improve after each round of feedback.
    What testers said
Liked: it was quicker to improve and looked more polished.
Wanted: fewer things breaking after a change.
Wanted: saved data and sign-in that behave the same every time.
  3. April 2025A web app, built on Replit

The product became an installable web app (a PWA) that you could use every day.

    What testers said
Liked: it sat on the Home Screen and opened quickly.
Liked: it was reliable and kept their history saved.
Wanted: it to feel consistent with the Apple ecosystem.
Wanted: it to be as smooth as a real iOS app.
Wanted: Apple Health and Apple Watch, which a web app cannot offer.
  4. 2025Tested with athletes, round after round

After each round, 10–12 athletes tried it and gave feedback. The product changed after three or four iterations.

Testing chose the format What the athletes said helped decide whether this needed to be a web app (a PWA) or a full iOS app, so the format followed what people needed.
    What testers said
Wanted: a plan that adapts to how I feel today.
Wanted: what to do next, not a long list.
Wanted: not to be told to stop when something is sore.
  5. August 2025The iOS app begins

The decision: build a native iOS app, to focus more specifically on the Apple ecosystem.

A wider idea: training with and around discomfort The focus moved from coming back from one injury to everyday training on days that do not feel perfect.
