Watch your inbox for a TestFlight invitation from Apple — it can take a day or two, and it sometimes lands in spam or promotions.

A receipt with your waiver reference is on its way to your inbox.

Before you join I understand HEROMINUTES is a general wellness and guidance app. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor or physical therapist. I agree that the owners and operators of HEROMINUTES, and the company behind it, are not liable for any injury, loss or harm that may result from my use of the beta. I am 18 or older, I am joining the beta voluntarily, and I accept the risks of exercising and of using an app that is still being tested.
