Training programs and exercise guidance on HEROMINUTES are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API). AI-generated content:
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases, death. By using HEROMINUTES, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the exercise programs and activities described.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEROMINUTES and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting herominutes@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

HEROMINUTES does not control or monitor the information you choose to enter into the Services. Users and organizations requiring secure storage of PHI under HIPAA are expressly prohibited from using the Services for such purposes. Entering or permitting access to PHI — such as medical records, clinical documentation, or health information received from a healthcare provider acting as a covered entity — is a material violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination. The fitness, pain, and wellness data you log about yourself for your own personal use is consumer wellness data you provide voluntarily, and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; it does not make HEROMINUTES a HIPAA-covered entity.
